The meter is out of range. 2. The main reason for the pointer to stop at a certain position is that the float is stuck. Generally, when the instrument is used, the valve is opened too fast, so that the float quickly hits the stopper, causing the stopper to deform and the float to be stuck. However, it is not excluded that the float is stuck due to the misalignment between the float guide rod and the stop ring. When handling, remove the meter, remove the deformed stopper and reshape it, and check whether it is concentric with the guide rod. If it is not concentric, it can be corrected, then install the float, push the float by hand, and feel that the float is unobstructed up and down. Yes, in addition, when installing the meter, it must be installed vertically or horizontally, and cannot be tilted, otherwise it will easily cause the meter to jam and bring errors to the measurement. Third, the measurement error is large (1) due to the installation does not meet the requirements. The installation has the following requirements: the vertical installation of the instrument should be kept vertical, and the inclination angle should not be greater than 2°; for the horizontally installed instrument, the inclination should be kept horizontal and the inclination angle should not be greater than 2°; there should be no ferromagnetic objects in the 100mm space around the metal tube rotameter; the installation location should be Keep away from valve reducers, pump outlets, process line turns, etc. It is necessary to maintain the requirement of 250mm straight pipe section before and after 5D. (2) Since the density of the liquid medium varies greatly, this is also a reason for the larger error. Before the instrument is calibrated, it converts the medium according to the density given by the user, and converts it to the flow rate of water in the calibration state for calibration. Therefore, if the density of the medium changes greatly, it will cause a great error in the measurement. The solution can be to bring the changed medium density into the formula, convert it into an error correction coefficient, and then multiply the flow measured by the flowmeter by the coefficient and convert it into the real flow. (3) Because the gas medium is greatly affected by temperature and pressure, it is recommended to use temperature and pressure compensation to obtain the real flow. (4) Due to multiple factors such as long-term use and pipeline vibration, the instrument sensing magnet, pointer, counterweight, rotating magnet and other moving parts are loose, resulting in large errors. Solution: You can first verify by pushing the pointer by hand. First, press the pointer at the RP position to see if the output is 4mA and whether the flow rate is 0%, and then verify according to the scale. If discrepancies are found, the parts can be repositioned. Generally, professionals are required to adjust, otherwise the position will be lost, and it needs to be returned to the manufacturer for correction. 4. If there is no current output, first check whether the wiring is correct; secondly, check whether the LCD has a display. If there is no output, it is mostly because the output tube is broken, and the circuit board needs to be replaced; moreover, if the calibration value is lost, the instrument is calibrated due to E2PROM failure. Loss of data will also cause no output current, and the current will remain unchanged. Solution: The data recovery operation can be used. If it does not work, you can set the data in the password 2000 first, and then set the data in the password 2008. The method is to manually push the pointer to calibrate the data from RP-100%. 5. No on-site display First check whether the wiring is correct. Next, check whether the power supply is correct. Finally, reinstall the LCD module and check if the contact is not correct.
