1. Possible causes and solutions for excessive output:

(l) Pressure guide tube. Check whether the pressure guide tube is leaking or clogged; check whether the shut-off valve is fully open; check whether there is liquid in the gas pressure guide tube and whether there is gas rest in the liquid pressure guide tube; check whether there is any deposit in the pressure capacity room of the transmitter.

(2) Electrical connection of the transmitter. Check the sensor components of the transmitter connection. Ensure that the contact of the connector is clean; check whether pin 8 is reliably connected to the case ground. 

(3) transmitter circuit failure. Replace the circuit board with a spare board to check and judge the faulty circuit board and replace the faulty circuit board.

(4) Check whether the output of power supply meets the required voltage value.

2. Possible causes and solutions for too little or no output:

(1) Pressure guide tube. Check whether the pressure guide tube is leaking or clogged; check whether there is gas in the liquid pressure guide tube; check whether there are deposits in the pressure chamber of the transmitter; check whether the shut-off valve is open, whether the balance valve is closed tightly.

(2) Electrical connection of the transmitter. Check whether the lead wire of transmitter sensor assembly is shorted; check whether pin 8 is reliably connected to the case ground; ensure that the contact of the connector is clean; check whether the adjusting screws are within the control range.

(3) Wiring circuit. Check whether the voltage added to the transmitter is normal; check whether the circuit is short-circuited or multi-point grounding.

(4) Transmitter circuit failure. The same can also be used to replace the spare circuit board to determine and analyze the faulty circuit board or replace the faulty circuit board.

3. Possible causes and solutions for unstable output:

(l) Wiring circuit. Check whether the circuit has intermittent short circuit, open circuit or multi-point grounding phenomenon; check whether the voltage added to the transmitter is appropriate;

(2) the measured liquid fluctuations. Adjust the size of the damping effect of the circuit.

(3) Check whether there is liquid rest in the gas pressure guide tube and whether there is gas in the liquid pressure guide tube.

(4) Ensure that the connector contacts are clean and check the grounding of the sensor assembly.

(5) Replace the faulty transmitter board with a spare board to determine the fault and replace the faulty board.
