1.Magnetic Level Gauge

First,when debugging, you should first open the upper guide valve, and then slowly open the lower valve to allow the medium to enter the main duct smoothly (the medium should be prevented from impacting the float rapidly during operation, causing the float to fluctuate and affecting the display accuracy), and observe the magnetic red and white ball Check whether the turning is normal, then close the lower lead valve, open the drain valve, and let the liquid level in the main pipe drop. According to this method three times, it is normal and it can be put into operation (except for special liquids such as corrosive);

Second, according to the medium condition, clean the main duct and remove impurities from time to time;

Third, for liquid level gauges that exceed a certain length (normal type> 3 meters, anti-corrosion type> 2 meters), it is necessary to add a middle reinforced flange or ear pan as a fixed support to increase the strength and overcome its own weight;

2.The installation position of the magnetic flap level gauge

The installation position of the magnetic flap level gauge should be avoided or far away from the inlet and outlet of the material medium to avoid rapid changes in the local area of the material fluid and affect the accuracy of the level measurement;

3.when equipped with remote transmission supporting instruments, the following things need to be done:

(1)The remote transmission supporting instrument should be close to the main pipe of the level gauge and fixed with a stainless steel hoop (iron is prohibited);

(2) The zero position of the remote transmission supporting instrument should be on the same horizontal line as the zero indicator of the level gauge; the float level gauge

(3)The sensing surface of the remote transmission supporting instrument should face and be close to the main conduit;

(4)The connection between the remote transmission supporting instrument and the display instrument or industrial computer shall be laid separately through a protective tube or 5. Shielded two-core cable shall be laid; glass tube level gauge

(5) After the wiring hole of the junction box is laid, it is required to be well sealed to prevent rain, moisture, etc. from intruding and causing the remote transmission instrument to fail to work normally. The junction box should be closed in time after the completion of maintenance or debugging.
