Characteristics of magnetic flap level meters

  One, the role of the magnetic flip-chart level meter is to indicate and control the liquid level in the container, its display panel consists of magnetic flip-chip;

  When the magnetic float in the measuring director rises with the liquid level, the flip flop reverses and changes colour, the magnetic flip flop is the height of the liquid level where the red and white colours meet.

Second, the magnetic flap level meter is a magnetic float as a sensing element, the use of magnetic float and measurement of the magnetic coupling in the main steel to reflect the position of the measured liquid level.

At the same time, the magnetic flap level meter also applies the principle of the linker to ensure that the level between the measured vessel and the measuring main is the same;

  That is, when the magnetic float in the main measuring tube changes with the measured liquid level, the magnetic body in the magnetic float and the magnetic flip-flop on the display panel produce magnetic effects, resulting in the magnetic flip-flop then turning over.

 Third, the magnetic flap level meter is generally installed on the outside or top of the vessel, i.e. its installation method can choose to be side mounted or top mounted. For closed vessels, a drain valve can be added according to the site requirements.

Fourth, the magtech magnetic level indicator's measuring head is generally made of seamless steel pipe, and the connection pipe is seamlessly welded, making its sealing greatly enhanced, suitable for high temperature, high pressure, corrosion resistance, and even dangerous occasions.
