So, what precautions should we pay attention to when we install the electromagnetic flowmeter? 1. When the electromagnetic flowmeter is installed, it is necessary to ensure that there is no strong electromagnetic field around it, otherwise it will affect the measurement of the electromagnetic flowmeter. In addition, the installation environment should not have strong vibration, the pipeline should be fixed, and the temperature fluctuation of the surrounding environment should not be too large. 2. When installing the electromagnetic flowmeter, we need to ensure that the inside of the pipeline of the electromagnetic flowmeter is filled with the measured medium. After measuring the measured medium, we need to carry out the welding slag and burrs on the installation base of the measured pipe. Clean up so that the next use will not be affected. 3. When we install the ball valve on the base of the electromagnetic flowmeter, we need to pay attention to whether the long cavity of the ball valve is upward, and check whether the ball valve switch of the electromagnetic flowmeter is normal. In addition, we need to install the threaded seat kit to the ball valve, then loosen the set screw and compression nut, and then insert the sensor insertion rod into the pipe under test. At the same time, we also need to pay attention to whether the sign of the sensor direction is consistent with the fluid. 4. The opening on the measured pipe of the electromagnetic flowmeter should be larger than the base pipe, and the depth of the opening into which the base pipe is inserted into the measured pipe should be flat on both sides. When flat welding the electrode of the electromagnetic flowmeter, we must ensure that the flange surface is parallel to the axis of the pipe.
