The pressure transmitter is mainly composed of pressure sensor, measurement circuit and process connector. The physical pressure parameters such as gas and liquid sensed by the pressure sensor can be converted into standard electrical signals, which are provided to secondary instruments such as alarms, recorders and regulators for measurement, indication and process regulation. In China, the vacuum pressure transmitter used in small automation control is generally based on the piezoelectric resistance principle. That is to say, the varistor is compressed, the resistance changes, is amplified with an amplifier, and a standard pressure calibration can be used for pressure measurement.

1, do not use a voltage higher than 36V on the transmitter, which is easy to cause damage;

2, the transmitter do not use hard objects to touch the diaphragm, will damage the diaphragm;

3, the measured medium can not freeze, otherwise the sensor element isolation diaphragm is easy to damage, resulting in the damage of the transmitter;

4. When measuring steam or other high temperature media, the heat release device must be used to prevent its temperature from exceeding the limit temperature when using the transmitter;

5, in the measurement of steam and other high temperature media, in order to connect the transmitter and the pipeline, the use of heat dissipation pipe, the pressure of the pipeline to the transformer. When the measured medium is water vapor, the heat pipe should be injected with an appropriate amount of water to prevent the superheated steam directly in contact with the transmitter, resulting in damage to the sensor;

6. In the process of pressure transfer, open the valve, pay attention to do not let the air leak from the connection of the transmitter and the heat pipe, please be careful not to let the measured medium be directly impacted, do not damage the sensor diaphragm, and ensure that the accumulation in the pipeline flies out of the sensor diaphragm.
