What is the distance between the installation sensor and the host; 2. Pipe material, pipe wall thickness and pipe diameter; 3. Pipeline age; 4. Fluid type and whether it contains impurities , air bubbles and whether the pipe is full; 5. Fluid temperature; (plug-in sensor pipe pressure) 6. Whether there are interference sources (such as frequency conversion, high-voltage cable fields, etc.) at the installation site; 7. The temperature of the four seasons where the host is placed; 8. The used Whether the power supply voltage is stable; 9. Whether remote transmission signals and types are required; according to the on-site conditions provided above, the manufacturer can configure it according to the on-site conditions, and can also make special models if necessary. 2. Installation requirements on site The selection of the installation pipe section has a great influence on the test accuracy. The selected pipe section should avoid interference and eddy current, which have a great impact on the measurement accuracy. Generally, the selected pipe section should meet the following conditions: 1. Avoid the water pump , High-power radio, frequency conversion, that is, install the machine where there is strong magnetic field and vibration interference; 2. Select the pipe section that should be uniform and dense, and easy to transmit ultrasonic waves; 3. There must be a long enough straight pipe section, and the straight pipe section upstream of the installation point must be greater than 10D (Note: Du003ddiameter), the downstream should be larger than 5D as shown in Figure 1; 4. The upstream of the installation point should have a distance of 30D from the pump as shown in Figure 2; 5. The fluid should fill the pipeline; 6. There should be enough space around the pipeline It is convenient for on-site personnel to operate. 3. Installation Recommendations After determining the position of the probe, within the range of ±100mm from the two installation points, use tools such as angle grinder, file, sandpaper, etc. to grind the pipe to be bright, smooth and free of corrosion pits. Recommendation: The gloss is even, without undulations, and the hand feels smooth and round. It should be noted that the grinding point should have the same radian as the original pipe. Do not grind the installation point into a flat surface, and wipe the area with alcohol or gasoline to facilitate the bonding of the probe. Installation friendly reminder: Ultrasonic flowmeter is the same as other flowmeters. It is not omnipotent. Its only feature is that it can only measure a single medium and cannot measure mixed media, such as sewage, which contains acid, water, alkali, etc. Can not measure, single medium, such as: tap water, sulfuric acid, etc. Therefore, understand the medium in the pipeline before installation.
