Here we analyze with the actual situation of a level transmitter manufacturer, company, which has a transit bin and a finished product warehouse. First of all, the incorrect installation position of the vega radar level transmitter will lead to measurement deviation. The aggregate accumulation in the transit depot of this plant presents a cone shape, but the radar level meter is only installed near the outlet of the reflux belt, and the installation position is too close to the outlet of the reflux tube, and the broken material belt on both sides is too far from the outlet. The radar level meter is directly below the drop point of the reflux belt, if the distance is too close, the aggregate in the process of falling will interfere with the radar level meter and form a false reflection. In addition, the aggregate accumulation surface in the finished tank is conical, and the vertical downward installation of the horn-shaped radar antenna will also lead to small measurement values and errors. As the level meter is not full range, the warehouse may be burst. At the same time, the installation position of the radar level meter is close to the inlet, when the storage bin continues to feed, due to the interference of the material in the process of falling, the formation of false reflection wave, there are often material level jumping up and down or the measurement value dead in the highest value of the phenomenon. Secondly, there is AC interference and the voltage is too high. The factory uses high frequency pulse radar level meter, which needs 24VDC power supply. But the power supply in the site measurement is 27.2V, which is obviously not in line with the requirements, the radar level meter is a very precise instrument, the voltage is so much higher will obviously affect the measurement results. Finally, due to the dusty working condition, the dust is easy to stick, and under the influence of ambient temperature, the dust is moist and easy to clump, and the dielectric constant will increase, which will stick to the transmitting head of the radar level meter, affecting the accuracy and stability of the radar level meter measurement.
