        WORKING PRINCIPLE

Magnetic flip column level meter consists of float, riser assembly, indicator three parts. The float rises or falls with the change of liquid level in the riser assembly, and through magnetic coupling, drives the colour of the indicator outside the riser assembly to change (liquid red and gas white), thus indicating the height of the liquid level. The liquid level alarm switch is installed on the corresponding alarm position outside the riser assembly, when the float reaches the alarm position with the liquid level, the alarm switch closes and a switch signal is issued; the liquid level remote transmitter is also installed outside the riser assembly, which linearly converts the liquid level change into a 4-20mA current signal through magnetic coupling and transmits it to the control room, realising the display, measurement, control and recording of the liquid level. This enables the level to be displayed, measured, controlled and recorded.

        USE AND MAINTENANCE

☆ The display should be white before use. The magnetic flap level meter dominant tube installation connection shall be kept vertical. The flange on the level meter and the flange on the container are connected and fixed with bolts, nuts and gaskets, so that the container valve can be opened to slowly feed liquid, such as a cut-off valve between the flange of the instrument and the flange of the container is well used to facilitate dismantling down to repair the level meter.

☆ In use should be regularly checked, check the level meter parts connected to have no loose.

☆ After the magnetic flap level meter is put into operation, it should ensure that the level change in the storage tank should be gentle, and the level should not rise or fall rapidly, causing the flip column to flip out of order or flip chaos (if this phenomenon is encountered, the correction magnets can be used to recalibrate).

☆ When using the tank for a long time, check regularly for corrosion of the components.

☆ For the liquid level meter installed on the device, it should be closely checked whether the various parts of the meter head meet the technical requirements before operation, and any problems found should be dealt with in time.

☆ Explosion-proof installation and use precautions

△ The selection, installation and maintenance of the explosion-proof level meter shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Electrical Regulations of the People's Republic of China for Explosive Hazardous Locations.

△ The junction box and external location must be solid and reliable.

△ The electrical wiring gap and creepage distance shall be more than 10mm.

△ Maintenance of each part must be cut off after opening the cover, during disassembly, damage to the explosion-proof surface should be avoided. After maintenance, the lead wire and cover must be locked to prevent slipping off.

△ The explosion-proof surface should not be painted, but should be painted with anti-rust paint.

☆ The level meter should be placed under normal temperature and dry air conditions.
