Kaidi KD UB-D Large Diameter Glass Plate Level Gauge for Petrochemical 6

The UB series glass plate level gauge is an on-site indicating instrument produced according to the principle of the communicating device. The instrument introduces the medium in the container into the inside of the instrument, and reads the actual height of the liquid level through the transparent glass. The upper and lower valves of the instrument are equipped with safety steel balls. When the glass plate is accidentally damaged, the steel balls will automatically close the liquid flow channel under the action of the pressure in the container to avoid excessive liquid leakage.

The UB-D type large diameter glass plate level gauge is specially designed and manufactured for the liquid level measurement of the more viscous medium in the petrochemical plant. The main body of this series of glass plates is manufactured with a large diameter pipe body. It has the characteristics of large measurement range, large diameter, fast flow rate, no clogging, no blind areas at both ends, and non-deformation in installation. It is mainly used for amorphous media in petrochemical plants. The liquid level on-site indication is especially suitable for liquid level measurement of easily crystallized and viscous media.
