Kaidi KD UZD Top Mounted Magnetic Level Gauge for liquid level measurement of various underground storage tanks

Magnetic level gauge is based on the connecting device principle, buoyancy principle and magnetic coupling principle work. When the liquid level in the measured vessel rises and falls, the float in the liquid level meter cavity rises and falls with the buoyancy force and the magnet inside the float is transmitted to the fluorescent flip-flop on the field indication panel through magnetic coupling. When the level rises, the flip-flop fluorescent surface flip, when the level falls flip-flop non-fluorescent surface reversal, the indicator of the yellow-black or red-white junction, that is, the actual height of the medium level in the container (boundary level), so as to realize the level of field indication. Top-mounted magnetic level gauge is suitable for various underground storage tanks and the side of the liquid level measurement of the container should not be opened. Changes in the liquid level inside the vessel are driven by the magnet on top of the connecting rod to turn over the magnetic beads inside the indicator panel. The level meter does not require on-site power supply, safe to use, clear indication is an ideal instrument for liquid level detection. The product is suitable for a variety of measurement media, such as water, liquefied gas, propylene, liquid ammonia, dilute acid, alkali and salt, as well as heavy oil, tar and so on. It can be used with bundled remote transmitter to output 4~20mA remote signal, and can be equipped with upper and lower limit level alarm switch to realize upper and lower limit level alarm and control.
