Kaidi KD YH1151/3351GP Remote Flange Pressure/Level Transmitter for measure the level, flow and pressure of liquid, gas or steam

The remote pressure/level transmitter is used to prevent the medium in the pipeline from directly entering the transmitter. The pressure-sensitive diaphragm and the transmitter are connected by a capillary filled with fluid. It is used to measure the level, flow and pressure of liquid, gas or steam, and then convert it into a 4-20mA DC signal output.

After the YH1151/3351 pressure transmitter is equipped with the remote transmission sealing device, it becomes the YH1151/3351GP remote transmission pressure transmitter. It has the various characteristics of the YH1151/3351 pressure transmitter and can be used to perform pressure and liquid level Measurement. It can communicate with the HART handheld communicator, and set up and monitor through it.

YH1151/3351GP remote flange pressure/level transmitter is suitable for the following measurement and control situations:

①The measured medium has a corrosive effect on the sensitive components of the transmitter;

② It is necessary to isolate the high-temperature measured medium from the transmitter;

③There are suspended solids or high-viscosity media in the measured medium;

④The measured medium is easy to solidify or crystallize at the same time when it is led by the pressure pipe;

⑤The measuring head must be strictly purified to replace the measured medium

⑥The measuring head must be kept hygienic and pollution is strictly prohibited. Use object: corrosive or viscous liquid.

The YH1151/3351GP remote pressure/level transmitter has four types of remote transmission devices:

①1191PFW flat remote transmission device;

②1191RTW threaded remote transmission device;

③1191RFW flange-mounted remote transmission device;

④1191EFW inserting barrel type remote transmission device.

Note:

1. According to user requirements, the use temperature of 200 series silicone oil is -40～+149℃; the temperature of high temperature resistant silicon oil is -20～+315℃.

2. For corrosive media, select the material of the isolation diaphragm.
