What causes the magnetic float of a magnetic flap level gauge to sink?

There are several main reasons for this failure phenomenon of magnetic float sinking:

1. The magnetic float is corroded and leaking.

Magnetic float is an important part of the magnetic flap level meter, if the magnetic float is not handled properly, the anti-corrosion effect is not good, can not withstand the corrosion of strong corrosive liquids, the magnetic float will leak due to corrosion. Leakage of the magnetic float level gauge will no longer change with the level, and can not be observed through the magnetic flap level meter to the accurate value.

2、Magnetic float is stuck.

 Magnetic flap level meter measured in the medium if too many impurities, a long time without cleaning, there will be a magnetic float level gauge is stuck, or the magnetic float itself adheres to too many impurities, resulting in excessive density of the magnetic float, sinking, which is a magnetic flap level meter often encountered failures, the solution is to clean up the magnetic float on a regular basis, as well as the pipe body of the impurities.

Of course, the magnetic float level sensor is stuck, there is another situation is the original float is damaged or demagnetized, when replacing the float due to the selected float and the inner diameter of the float tube does not match. Generally, the inner diameter of the magnetic flap level meter float tube is larger than the outer diameter of the float. If the gap between the replaced magnetic float and the float cylinder is too small, after a period of time, the magnetic float with a lot of impurities adhered to it, it will be easy to be stuck. Therefore, when replacing the magnetic float, be sure to confirm the specifications of the inner diameter of the existing float tube and select the appropriate size of the magnetic float.

3. Inaccurate density parameters of the magnetic levitator.

Magnetic flap level meter is to use Archimedes' buoyancy principle for measurement, so the manufacturer has to consider the weight of the magnetic float level when producing the magnetic flap level meter, because the magnetic float is too heavy, it will not float. Manufacturers need to make a float that floats at any small level according to the density of the medium under the premise of considering the role of pressure, and is able to rise with the liquid level. This situation often occurs when the user and the manufacturer communication on the deviation, resulting in the density value provided by the parameter is not allowed to cause.
