Mini Vibrating Fork Level Switch

Instruction:

●  Unlock: Press “SET” for 10 seconds, the red/green LED blinks alternatively, now enter the setting Menu.

● Lock: under status of unlock, system will auto-lock if no action for 60 seconds.

● NO/NC Setting: After unlock, push SET button for 3 seconds, the red/green LED blinks alternatively, release button when greed LED On, enter the NO/NC Setting. Push set button for setting.

● Self-Checking mode: Insert the fork into the medium to be measured, keep stable for 5 seconds. After unlock, push SET button for 3 seconds, the red/green LED blinks alternatively, release button when Red LED On, if Red LED blinks each 1 second, then it's in the mode waiting for Self-Checking, now push SET button, if Red LED blinks 2 times, it's in the Self-Checking process. If red/green LED blinks alternatively and quickly, then Self-Checking is successfully done. If red/green LED blinks at the same time, then Self-Checking is fail, now need to redo the Self-Checking by press Set button for second Self-Checking. 

● Insert the fork into the medium to be measured about 10mm depth, press the button “SET” until red and greed LEDS blink alternatively for at least 2 times, then release the button “SET”, now red LED blinks, then press the button “SET”, red and greed LEDS blinks alternatively then both on. 

● Remove the fork from the medium, green LED on, and red LED off (NC is closed with COM, NO and COM are opened), now insert the fork into the medium again, Both LEDs are ON, (NO is closed with COM, NC and COM are opened). Now setting are finished.
