YH100 single-rod vibrating fork level switch is one of the Vibrating Fork Level Switch. It is not afraid of hanging materials or impact, has no material clamping problems, and has higher sensitivity. Its cylindrical single-rod structure determines its wider adaptability to industrial sites. It uses the "resonance" principle of the Vibrating Fork to generate vibration under the drive of the piezoelectric element. Only when the probe rod is surrounded by materials, the vibration amplitude decreases sharply, resulting in a switching action. Mainly used in material detection, interface detection, and material level detection.

➪The round and smooth single-rod probe can effectively prevent material clamping and sticking, and the working sensitivity can be stabilized when there are more materials hanging.

➪ It is not affected by the nature of the measured object, and can be used stably without adjustment after installation.

➪The stainless steel probe with piezoelectric element built into the rod body and thick tube wall is adopted, and the vibration absorbing tube is only 9mm long.
