PRODUCT INTRODUCTION


The LLQ type gas waist wheel flow meter is a new generation product developed by our company based on many years of experience and using a number of innovative technologies. This product is a high-precision, high-reliability, wide-range, and low-starting flow The volumetric gas meter can directly measure the volumetric flow and total volume of the gas under working conditions, or by configuring a volume corrector to measure the temperature, pressure, volumetric flow and total volume of the gas under standard conditions, and optional DTU module to achieve wireless Far pass. It has been widely used in urban gas and industrial gas flow measurement and detection. It is an ideal instrument for users to achieve high-precision and high-reliability measurement.


FEATURE


 High precision and good repeatability. The internal rotor has undergone precision machining and balance testing, non-contact rotation, and good oil lubrication to ensure that the accuracy of the flow meter remains unchanged.

 

 There is no need for straight pipes before and after the flow meter, so it can be installed in a narrow environment.

 

 The starting flow is small and the range ratio is wide, which is suitable for gas flow measurement with large changes in the metering load.

 

 The instrument has pulse signal output, 4-20mA analog signal output, RS485 (MODBUS-RTU protocol) communication output; at the same time, it also has an IC card signal output, which can be used in conjunction with the IC card prepayment system to facilitate trade settlement.

 

 The use of the new fourth-generation tunnel magnetoresistive technology signal sensor (TMR) greatly enhances the instrument's anti-electromagnetic interference capability.

 

Reliable electromagnetic compatibility design, good anti-interference performance, high reliability, and meet the electromagnetic compatibility experiment requirements of JJG633-2005 standard.

 

 With low power consumption design, it can be powered by a lithium battery, which can be used continuously for more than 2 years; at the same time, it can also be an external power supply.

 

 The dedicated LCD display is intuitive and convenient to read. It can display instantaneous flow under standard conditions, instantaneous flow under working conditions, cumulative flow under standard conditions, and the temperature and pressure of the measured medium at the same time.
