Kaidi KD FBT Baffle Type Flow Switch for Pipe Valve

The PBT baffle type flow switch uses the flow of the liquid to drive the deflector to test whether the liquid is in the flow state. When the liquid is not flowing, the baffle is in a natural state: when the liquid is flowing, the impact force of the liquid drives the baffle to deviate, and the micro switch is driven by the transmission shaft to output the electrical signal.

MATTERS NEEDING ATTENTION

①According to the size of the pipeline or liquid flow trough, choose different baffle lengths;

② The indicating arrow is consistent with the liquid flow direction;

③The flow adjustment screw cannot be over-tightened or adjusted too loosely;

④ If the liquid contains long debris such as aquatic plants, numbers, steel wires, etc., it should be prevented from being stuck.
