In general, there are two main methods for thermal insulation of the magnetic flap level gauge:
One is electric heating/electric tracing heat preservation
One is vacuum jacket insulation
The two thermal insulation methods of the magnetic flap level gauge are described as follows:
1. Electric heating/electrical tracing heat preservation: Electric heating/electrical tracing heat preservation is to use the resistance wire wound on the main pipeline of the magnetic flap level gauge to heat the pipeline so that the liquid in the pipeline is above the freezing point to ensure that the tank is inside the tank. The liquid will not freeze because the temperature is too low.
2.Vacuum jacket insulation: The vacuum jacket insulation level gauge is to install an insulation jacket outside the main body of the main pipeline, and pass heat medium such as steam to maintain the normal flow of the liquid in the main body. In this way, It is more suitable for liquid level measurement and control of easily solidified liquids. For low-boiling liquids, the stability of the liquid level can be ensured by adding refrigerants such as cold water, so that the instrument can measure the liquid level. In order to ensure the vacuum state of the vacuum jacket, we need to regularly check the vacuum state of the vacuum jacket. When the vacuum value of the vacuum jacket rises, a vacuum pump needs to be installed at the valve of the vacuum jacket to re-pump the vacuum to ensure that the detected liquid will not It freezes because the temperature is too low, so as to ensure the normal measurement of the liquid level.
