The float level gauge is designed based on the Archimedes buoyancy principle and magnetic coupling. The float moves up and down with the change of the liquid level of the container. Due to the magnetic effect, the reed switch of the float level gauge is magnetically attracted. , so that the internal resistance of the sensor changes linearly, and then the change of the resistance value is converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA standard DC signal output by the converter to realize long-distance liquid level detection and control. The principle and structure of the float level gauge: the float level gauge is mainly composed of a float ball, a rod and so on. The float level gauge is installed on the top of the container through the connecting flange. The float ball floats on the liquid surface according to the principle of equal volume of the discharged liquid. When the liquid level of the container changes, the float ball also moves up and down. The dry reed of the ball level gauge is magnetically attracted to change the position of the liquid level into an electrical signal, and the actual position of the liquid is displayed digitally through the display instrument, so that the float level gauge can achieve long-distance detection and control of the liquid level. Selection of float level gauge: float level gauge has two floating forms, one is that the float ball moves and the guide rod does not move; the other is that the float ball and the guide rod move at the same time. There should be no debris between the former floating ball and the guide rod, which should be paid attention to when selecting models. The latter type should avoid debris splashing on the guide rod. At the same time, this form has less ability to resist the flow of the medium, so it should be avoided during installation and positioning. The common point is that there must be no obstruction when the float moves up and down. The verticality of the installation must meet the requirements, and the rapid flow installation should be avoided when the medium is flowing. If necessary, the guide rod can be strengthened to fix it or a static sleeve can be installed. Installation of float level gauge: 1. The measured medium should not contain ferromagnetic impurities. 2. In order to prevent the floating ball from slipping or impacting on the sealing tube at high speed during transportation, causing the measuring tape to come off, the instrument uses a clamp to fix the floating ball at the bottom of the sealing tube before leaving the factory, and the magnetic steel is on the top of the sealing tube. Before installation and use, the user should remove the clamp, raise the floating ball to the top of the sealing tube, and then gently move the floating ball down, and the needle should rotate accordingly. 3. The dial indication of the meter is pointer type, the indication numbers are arranged in the direction of the needle when measuring full scale, and the indication numbers are arranged in the counterclockwise direction when measuring the empty degree. 4. The instrument is equipped with a mounting flange when it leaves the factory, and the user should have a pipeline flange. 5. The installation position of the instrument is generally selected at half of the range.
