PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

Technical Advantages of Float Level Switches: Float switches do not contain components such as bellows, springs, and seals that cause malfunctions. Instead, it uses a straight float to drive the switch's internal magnet, and the float switch's simple lever makes the switch act instantaneously. The float cantilever angle limit design prevents the float from being vertical. Float level switch is a simple structure, easy to use, safe and reliable level controller. It is faster than the general mechanical switch, long working life; compared with the electronic switch, it has the characteristics of strong resistance to load impact, a product can realize multi-point control. It is widely used in shipbuilding, papermaking, printing, generator equipment, petrochemical industry, food industry, water treatment, electrician, dye industry, hydraulic machinery and so on. Float switch is a simple structure, easy to use, safe and reliable level control device, it has a smaller volume than the general mechanical switch, fast speed, long life, compared with the electronic switch, it has a strong resistance to load impact capacity.


WORKING PRINCIPLE

The magnetic float of the float level switch is utilized to rise or fall with the liquid level, so that the reed switch chip in the set position inside the sensor detection tube will act and send out the contact open (close) conversion signal.

There are one or more reed switches installed in the closed non-conducting magnetic tube, and then this tube is passed through one or more hollow floats with ring magnets inside, the rise or fall of the liquid will drive the floats up and down together, which will make the reed switches in the non-conducting magnetic tube to produce suction or disconnection action, thus outputting a switching signal.

Principle: When the ring magnet is close to the center of the reed switch, the reed switch contacts are ON. When the magnet leaves the center of the reed switch, the reed switch will change from 0N to 0FF.
