PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

The LF series float level controller is a safe, reliable, easy-to-use and simple structure level controller. It is smaller in size, faster in speed and longer in working life than ordinary mechanical switches. Compared with electronic switches, it is more resistant. With its strong load impact capability, it has been widely used in shipbuilding, paper making, printing, generator equipment, petrochemical industry, food industry, water treatment, electrical engineering, fuel industry, hydraulic machinery, etc.


WORKING PRINCIPLE

The floating ball passing through one or more ring magnets outside the sealed stainless steel tube (non-magnetic), when one or more reed pipes are installed in the tube, the liquid level will rise and fall while driving the floating ball to move together. When the magnet of the ball reaches the same horizontal position of the dry reed in the tube, the dry reed tube in the sealed tube will pull in or open, and output a switch signal.
