1.Product introduction

LF-20D side-mounted float level switch is characterized by easy use, simple structure, safe and reliable, long working life, small size, fast speed, sturdiness and durability, and the contact life can reach 1 million times. 2.Working principle

When the floating ball floats up and down under the action of liquid buoyancy, the reed switch (or micro switch) in the junction box interacts with the arm end magnet to cause the reed switch (or micro switch) to act. At the same time, it outputs ON (ON) and OFF (OFF) signals for alarm notification or remote control.

6.Liquid Characteristics and Float Relationships

1. The specific gravity of the float is made with water as the reference point, the specific gravity of the liquid is different, the position of the float action point will change, when the specific gravity of the liquid is small, the part of the float immersed in the liquid will be relatively more, so when selecting the float, the liquid ratio should be considered to be greater than the specific gravity of the float, otherwise the float can not float resulting in the reed switch contact can not be changed.

2. There is a magnet inside the float, when there is iron curfew in the liquid, the iron curfew should be filtered first, otherwise it will affect the normal floating of the float and lead to abnormal action points.

3. For viscous liquids (not dry), use a larger float to avoid sticking to the float when the liquid rises or falls, resulting in abnormal action points.
