PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
Guided wave radar liquid level gauge, a liquid level measuring instrument in the chemical industry. Guided wave radar level gauge is a radar level gauge based on the principle of time domain reflection (TDR). The electromagnetic pulse of the radar level gauge travels along the steel cable or probe at the speed of light. When encountering the surface of the measured medium, the radar Part of the pulse of the liquid level gauge is reflected to form an echo and returns to the pulse transmitting device along the same path. The distance between the transmitting device and the surface of the measured medium is proportional to the propagation time of the pulse in between, and the liquid level height is calculated.
Features
Micropower impulse radar (MIR) combines time domain reflectometry (TDR), equivalent time sampling (ETS), and modern low power circuitry. This synthesis of technologies creates a high-speed Guided Wave Radar (GWR) transmitter. The electromagnetic pulses are propagated via a waveguide that focuses the energy and yields a system many times more efficient than Non-Contact Radar.
