The UQK float level switch uses the float as the measuring element. According to Archimedes's law of buoyancy and the principle of magnetic coupling, the liquid level is controlled. The measuring element is connected to the magnetic mechanism. When the liquid level rises, the magnetic mechanism moves upward through the magnetic coupling. The magnetic control switch or the bias magnet is attracted to make the switch contact on or off. When the liquid level drops, the magnetic mechanism moves down, and the magnetic control switch returns to the original state or the bias magnet is under its own weight. Return to the new balance position, make the switch contact on or off, realize the liquid level control and alarm.
This series of products is different from the traditional structure of the float level controller adopts the bracket type side magnetic coupling form, and the upper and lower through-type magnetic coupling form, which can effectively avoid the false alarm or failure caused by the side-mounted inner float rising beyond the effective distance of the bracket magnetic coupling. With self-maintaining defects, the product is safe and reliable.
