Kaidi KD UQK Float Level Controller High pressure rating, up to 25Mpa for petroleum

UQK (float level controller is suitable for controlling and alarming the liquid level or boundary level of media in various open or pressurized vessels in the production process of petroleum, chemical, electric power, paper and food industries.

UQK type float level controller is a two-digit level meter, which is composed of float part and contact part. When the liquid level changes, the float changes, which causes the magnet at the other end of the ball rod to swing up and down. According to the principle of magnetic steel repelling each other, the magnet installed in the contact part will swing backwards, and the moving contact will be connected or disconnected between the static contact 1-1 and 2-2, so as to control the alarm signal alarm or start and stop the electric pump. According to the structure of the different can be divided into ordinary type and self-checking type. UQK(S)-105 type float level controller can be operated inside the lead pipe of the tank to adapt to the requirements of internal floating top tank.
