The accuracy is mainly affected by temperature changes. In order to ensure the measurement accuracy, most ultrasonic level gauges are equipped with temperature compensation function. For example, some volatile liquids will cause changes in the air composition after volatilization, resulting in changes in the sound speed of the gas, causing measurement errors.
