Avoid pumps and high-power radios , Frequency conversion, that is, install the machine where there is strong magnetic field and vibration interference;   2, choose the pipe section that should be uniform and dense, easy to ultrasonic transmission;   3, there must be a long enough straight pipe section, the upstream straight pipe section of the installation point must be greater than 10D (Note: Du003ddiameter), the downstream should be greater than 5D;   4, the upstream of the installation point should be 30D away from the pump;   5, the fluid should be filled with the pipeline;   6, there should be enough space around the pipeline to facilitate the operation of the site personnel, and the underground pipeline needs to be a test well. The test wells are as follows:    installation methods There are generally two probe installation methods for ultrasonic flowmeters, namely Z method and V method. However, when D <200mm and the site situation is one of the following conditions, the Z method can also be used for installation:    1. When the turbidity of the measured fluid is high, the signal cannot be received by the V method or the signal is very weak;   2 When the inner wall of the pipeline is lined;   3. When the pipeline has a long service life and the inner wall fouls seriously;    For those with better pipeline conditions, even if D is slightly larger than 200mm, in order to improve the measurement accuracy, the V method can also be used for installation. On a horizontal pipeline, generally choose the middle of the pipeline to avoid the top and bottom (the top may contain bubbles and the bottom may have sediment) ;  3, V method installation: first determine a point, and measure another point in the horizontal position according to the installation distance. Pipe treatment  After determining the position of the probe, within ±100mm of the two installation points, use an angle grinder, files, sandpaper and other tools to polish the pipe to a bright, smooth, and non-corroded pit.  Requirement: uniform gloss, no undulations, smooth and mellow hand feeling. Special attention is needed. The polishing point must have the same arc as the original pipeline. Do not polish the installation point to a flat surface. Use alcohol or gasoline to clean the area to facilitate the bonding of the probe.
