Working principle The electromagnetic flowmeter system consists of a transmitter and a converter, which are connected by two cables with double shielding. The measurement principle of the instrument is based on Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction: when a conductor moves in a magnetic field to cut magnetic lines of force, induced electromotive force will be generated at both ends of the conductor. Application of electromagnetic flowmeter The inlet flowmeter FT-09101 of methylammonium pump in our factory is German FISCHER&The products of POTER company have been replaced since October 1989. The first model is DX1221. The outer shell of this electromagnetic flowmeter is made of stainless steel, and the inner wall of the measuring tube is made of PTFE. , There is a four-digit data disk on the internal circuit board, which can be used as an indicator of the measured value. The transmitter and the converter are connected by two cables, the transmitter is installed on the pipeline, and the converter is fixed on the frame next to it. This kind of flowmeter cannot be adjusted by itself regardless of the zero point or the range, and can only be calibrated by the designated manufacturer, which is very inconvenient to use. The flowmeter has not been put into operation for a year, and the indication has failed. After inspection, it was found that the circuit board of the transmitter was corroded, and some of the pins of the crystal triode had been rusted and broken, which did not cause us enough attention. Just replaced a few transistors and put them back on again, so after the repair the watch ran for a few more months and then lost its indication again. When we checked the watch again, we found that the circuit board and the seven-core cable of the transmitter were all corroded, so the watch was scrapped. This aroused our vigilance. It turned out that the place where the watch was installed was too close to the high-pressure methylammonium pump and the high-pressure ammonia pump, and the ammonia that was discharged and leaked at ordinary times and the ammonia gas attached to the methylammonium often surrounded the watch when it was stopped. As a result, the watch has been working in a corrosive environment, and we only paid attention to the corrosion resistance of the watch, while ignoring the external fragility of the watch, which eventually led to the damage of the watch.
