The wiring of the turbine flowmeter includes the connection of the power line, the input/output signal line, the sensing signal line and the working ground line. 2. Input/output signal. Most turbine flowmeters can be programmed and detected through the external PLC, and can also receive input commands from the main control system through the communication bus. Therefore, the turbine flowmeter is equipped with access points such as signal input contacts and critical alarm commands for measured values. The output signal can be connected through the analog point, and can also be combined with the output signal to realize the connection with the PC through the RS-232 communication interface. 3. Sensor connection. If the flowmeter and the sensor are installed separately, a connection is required between the flowmeter and the sensor, which is used to pass the sensing current through the measuring terminal of the flowmeter (actually the magnetic pole and voltage measuring unit) to measure the test parameters. 4. Ground wire. Because the working current of the turbine flowmeter is small, it is easily disturbed by the change of the external electric field, so its power supply and signal line must be equipped with a grounding wire to ensure the accuracy of the measurement data and eliminate the frequent oscillation of the data during the measurement process.
