Current distributors can be divided into the following two types according to different conversion principles: one is a voltage/current distributor, which can convert the input voltage into a 4-20mA current signal; the other is a current/voltage distributor. The above products can meet the needs of different users. The current transmitter can directly convert the AC current or DC current of the main circuit under test into a DC4~20mA (DC 1~5V converted by a 250Ω resistance) constant current loop standard signal output in a linear proportion, which is continuously transmitted to the receiving device (computer or Display instrument). The current distributor uses a standard 4-20mA current signal. There are two types of current distributors: two-wire and three-wire. The two-wire transmitter is the current distributor and the sensor at the field end. In the two-wire transmission mode, the power supply, load resistance, and transmitter are connected in series, that is, two wires simultaneously transmit the power and output required by the transmitter. For the current signal, the working power and the signal share a wire, and the working power is provided by the receiving end, as shown in Figure 1(a); the three-wire transmitter, where the current distributor is located at the monitoring system end, and the system directly sends the current to the current signal. The distributor provides power, and the power supply is the third line other than the two current transmission lines, as shown in Figure 1(b). The primary and secondary sides of the distributor are highly insulated and isolated, two-wire output wiring, auxiliary working power +24V and output signal line DC4-20mA shared, with high precision, small size, low power consumption, wide frequency response, anti-interference and multi-faceted protection. It is especially suitable for the intelligent monitoring system of load currents such as generators, motors, intelligent low-voltage power distribution cabinets, air conditioners, fans, and street lights. Using current signal as the transmission signal has high anti-interference ability. However, due to the long transmission distance and the complexity of the industrial site, the current transmitter must also consider electrical isolation and anti-interference measures in the design.
