For 90o elbows, T-shaped three-way pipes, concentric reducing pipes, and fully open gate valves, they usually only need to be away from the center line of the electrode, not the connection surface of the sensor inlet end. For straight pipe sections >5 times the diameter, 1OD is required for valves with different openings, and the downstream straight pipe sections are 3D. When measuring mixed liquids of different media, the distance between the mixing point and the flowmeter must be at least 30D.    3. Installation position and flow direction. The sensor installation direction can be horizontal, vertical or inclined without restriction. But to measure the solid and liquid two-phase fluid, it is best to install vertically and flow from bottom to top. This can avoid serious local wear of the lower part of the lining during horizontal installation, and solid phase precipitation at low flow rates. When installing horizontally, the axis of the electrode should be parallel to the horizon to prevent the occasional air bubbles in the liquid from rubbing and covering the electrode surface to cause insulation, and also to prevent the bottom electrode from being covered by deposits. When installed vertically, the flow direction should be upwards, so that when there is no flow or small flow, the heavier solid particles contained in the fluid sink, and the lighter limbs and fats rise and leave the sensor electrode area of u200bu200bthe flowmeter.   4. The grounding sensor must be grounded separately, and the grounding resistance is below 100Ω. In principle, the grounding of the separated type should be on the side of the sensor, and the grounding of the converter should be at the same grounding point.
