Here, we need to first understand the concept of U95. The so-called U95 means that the confidence level of the expanded uncertainty is 95%. For the complete set of standards used to verify the pressure transmitter, 1/4 of the absolute value of the allowable error is the maximum allowable value of the expanded uncertainty U95 of the pressure transmitter under test; for pressure transmitters with a level of 0.1 and 0.05 , 1/3 of the absolute value of the allowable error is the maximum allowable value of the expanded uncertainty U95 of the pressure transmitter under test. 3. The verification steps of the pressure transmitter First, close the valve to block the gas from the pressure pipe to the transmitter; then unscrew the pressure pipe screw with an explosion-proof adjustable wrench, and connect the unscrewed pressure pipe with the pressure. The meter and the pressure pump are connected to form a gas circuit; in the case of ensuring that the calibration circuit is in good condition, check and confirm that there is no error before powering on; then, divide the pressure transmitter measurement range into 5 equal parts, and once on the basis of the minimum value of the transmitter Add the average value of 1-4 copies to obtain five standard values; then, use the pressure pump to increase the pressure, and read the measured value of the pressure signal at each point on the pressure gauge; finally, in the pressure transmitter measuring range of 105 The value of % is maintained for 2 minutes, and then the pressure is gradually reduced until the minimum value of the measurement range of the pressure transmitter, and the measured value corresponding to each standard point is read. After the regular verification of the pressure transmitter is done in the daily maintenance, under normal circumstances, the pressure transmitter can operate normally on the SCADA system of the oil pipeline. The daily maintenance of the pressure transmitter can make the pressure transmitter run longer, more efficiently and more reliably. In order to do a good job in the daily maintenance of the pressure transmitter of the oil pipeline, it is necessary to check whether the indicated value of the instrument is abnormal and whether the indicated value is within the specified range every week; every month, check the connection between the instrument and the process interface, the pressure guiding pipe and each valve Whether there is leakage or corrosion, check the thermal insulation and heat tracing of the instrument to prevent the isolation liquid from freezing, condensing and vaporizing; every six months, check the accuracy of the zero point and displayed value of the instrument to ensure that the zero point and displayed value of the transmitter are accurate and true. The transmitter used to protect the system should have measures to prevent power failure, short circuit or output open circuit.
