Liquid Ultrasonic Flow Meter
The working principle of the ultrasonic flow meter is that the propagation time of ultrasonic waves in the pipeline is affected by the flow velocity in the pipeline. The counter-current propagation time is longer than the downstream propagation, and the propagation time difference is proportional to the flow velocity. Measurable media include water, wastewater, oil and other uniform and stable liquids. Application areas include water supply and drainage, petrochemical, heating and power generation, paper metallurgy, food and medicine and many other industries, which can meet the accurate measurement and monitoring of liquid flow in most industrial sites Demand.
①KLSZ-G series ultrasonic flow meter adopts the time difference method of measurement principle, uses high-reliability signal processing circuit, and realizes flow rate measurement through complex algorithms such as sampling, calculation, and correction.
②Two-channel measurement accuracy can reach ±0.5%, repeatability accuracy is better than ±0.1%
③Unique signal transmitting and receiving circuit, anti-error wave detection technology, provide reliable signal detection.
④The system output includes pulse output, switch value alarm output, 4-20mA current output and many other ways to adapt to the requirements of different working conditions.
⑤128*64 dot matrix liquid crystal display, hierarchical menu structure, rich display content, real-time instrument parameter setting can be done through buttons or communication.
