Inspection ①Double flange inspection: check whether the sealing between the double flange and the equipment is good; whether there is liquid leakage between the flange and the capillary, the connecting part between the capillary and the transmitter, and the capillary itself; whether the flange diaphragm is deformed , damage, corrosion, scaling and other adverse conditions. ②Transmitter check a. Transmitter appearance inspection: Check the transmitter casing for damage, corrosion and other faults, and deal with any problems in time. b. Internal inspection of the transmitter: open the outer cover of the transmitter, first check whether the sealing ring is damaged, if damaged, replace it in time; check whether the circuit board and other components are in good condition. c. Check that the transmitter wiring is in good condition. d. Disconnect the power supply, remove the wiring, check the insulation resistance, and use a 500V megohmmeter to check the insulation resistance between the transmitter wiring terminal and the housing. The resistance value should be greater than 20MΩ. 2. Maintenance ① The maintenance cycle of the double flange differential pressure transmitter is generally one operation cycle of the production device. ② If there is a drain hole in the connection between the instrument and the equipment, the plug should be removed for purging (be careful not to use steam against the flange diaphragm when purging). ③ If there is no drain hole at the connection between the instrument and the equipment, the flange should be disassembled for purging. ④ Check the parts for corrosion, wear, deformation and leakage, if the situation is serious, they should be replaced
