The WZP series temperature transmitter organically integrates the temperature sensing element (thermal resistance or thermocouple) and the signal conversion and amplification unit to measure liquid, vapor and other gases in the range of -200-1600°C in various processes The temperature of the medium or solid surface. It is usually used in conjunction with display instruments, recording instruments and various control systems. It has the characteristics of simple structure, convenient installation, use and maintenance, and has been widely used in petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, power station, light industry and other sectors.
WZP series temperature transmitters are divided into three types: ordinary type, explosion-proof type and integrated digital display. Among them, ordinary type and flameproof type can choose different built-in temperature transmitter modules to meet different application requirements of users. According to different temperature sensors, temperature transmitters are divided into thermocouples and thermal resistances.
The WZP series temperature transmitter is composed of a temperature sensor and a signal converter. The signal converter is installed in the cold junction box of the temperature sensor. The temperature sensor is affected by temperature and produces resistance or potential effects, and a differential voltage signal is generated after conversion. This signal is amplified by an amplifier, and then transformed by voltage and current, and outputs a current signal of 4-20mA corresponding to the range.
(1) Two-wire transmission. The two wires supplied by the signal converter also transmit the output signal at the same time;
(2) Output constant current signal (4-20mA). Strong anti-interference ability and good long-distance transmission performance;
(3) The signal converter is encapsulated into a module with epoxy resin, which has the advantages of anti-vibration, corrosion resistance, and moisture resistance, and can be used in places with poor conditions;
(4) The millivolt signal of the thermocouple is directly converted into a 4-20mA current output by the signal converter, and the signal is transmitted by an ordinary cable, which can save the expensive compensation wire;
(5) The temperature transmitter with on-site display not only outputs 4-20mA current signal, but also can read the measured temperature at the temperature measurement site, which brings great convenience to the operator;
(6) High precision, anti-interference, good long-term stability, maintenance-free, remote transmission (up to 1000 meters) EMPERATURE temperature TEMP.
