The LUGB series vortex flow meter uses the Karman vortex principle for flow measurement. It is mainly used for flow measurement of industrial pipeline fluids, such as gases, liquids, steam and other media. It is characterized by small pressure loss, large measuring range, and high accuracy. It is hardly affected by fluid density, pressure, temperature, viscosity and other parameters when measuring volume flow under working conditions. There are no movable mechanical parts, so the reliability is high and the maintenance is small.

When the fluid flows through the vortex flowmeter sensor in the pipeline, two rows of vortices proportional to the flow velocity are alternately generated behind the vortex generator of the triangular column. The release frequency of the vortex is related to the average velocity of the fluid flowing through the vortex generator and the characteristic width of the vortex generator. Relevant, can be expressed by the following formula:

On-site display type Remote type
Display remote transmission can be divided into on-site display type and remote transmission display type:
On-site display type: often used for on-site observation, the display is intuitive, without the need to lay cables.
Remote display type: mostly used for long-distance observation, or installed in a position that is not conducive to observation.
On-site display + remote transmission: This form combines the advantages of the above two forms into one, which can be displayed on-site and remotely transmitted display control.
Lithium battery powered vortex flow meter

No need for external power supply on site, large LED screen LCD display.
