When the liquid level drops to 0, the float just slides down to the lower end of the main pipe of the level gauge. This time there is no blind spot. It should also be noted that the 40 cm distance mentioned above is the insurance distance calculated according to the density, pressure and temperature of the medium measured on site, including the length of the float and the operating space of the drain valve of the level gauge. 2. There is a blind spot at the bottom of the instrument. Understand the above example, then in the opposite situation, when the bottom of the tank (or the installation center of the flange at the lower end of the liquid level gauge) is close to the ground or the distance from the ground is very short. Then the lower flange must move up at this time, because the liquid level must always be measured to the 0 scale liquid level, then the upper end of the float must be flush with the 0 scale line, then below the 0 scale line (that is, the center of the lower flange) to At least a little more length of the main body pipe (the length of the float) under it. At this time, due to the principle that the distance between the centers of the flanges at both ends of the magnetic flap level gauge is equal to the measurement range, the blind area is the distance between the center of the lower flange and the bottom of the tank. 3. Because when the liquid level is full scale, for example, the height of the liquid level rises to 4 meters, if the liquid level of 4 meters is to be measured, then the bottom end of the magnetic float must be higher than the 4-meter liquid level scale line. So there must be room for upside. If there is a space obstacle above the top of the tank, there will also be a blind spot. Of course, if the customer chooses the zero scale line at this time, that is, the center of the opening at the lower end moves up, there will be no blind spot. Because the client threw this blind spot away. For example, originally the tank was only no more than 10 cm away from the ground. This situation is still far from the standard of at least 30 cm from the ground. This 10 cm is definitely far from the length of the zero mark.
