Be careful not to connect the live signal line to the test terminal (Test), because the test diode in the test line will be damaged when power is applied. Shielded twisted pair should be used for best measurement results, and 24AWG or higher should be used for proper communication. 3. Seal unused conduit connections on the transmitter housing with conduit plugs. 4. Re-screw the watch cover. 3. Precautions for zero adjustment of differential pressure transmitter wiring: ① Do not mistake the zero adjustment screw and span adjustment screw. Do not adjust the range of the differential pressure transmitter at the installation site; ② When the differential pressure transmitter is zero-adjusted, the temperature of the positive and negative pressure chambers and the pressure pipes on both sides must be the same. If there is a temperature difference on both sides, the adjusted zero point will occur over time. ③If the transmitter is used for positive and negative migration compensation in the field, the zero adjustment should be done in the state of operation. If the migration amount is too large, migration compensation cannot be performed on the differential pressure transmitter. Precautions after the differential pressure transmitter is connected 1. Do not connect the differential pressure transmitter with a voltage higher than 36V, which will cause damage to the differential pressure transmitter; 2. Do not touch the membrane with hard objects 3. The measured medium is not allowed to freeze, otherwise the sensor element isolation diaphragm will be damaged, resulting in damage to the transmitter. If necessary, the transmitter should be temperature protected to prevent freezing; 4 .When measuring steam or other high temperature medium, its temperature should not exceed the limit temperature when the transmitter is used, and a heat sink must be used when the temperature is higher than the limit temperature used by the transmitter; 5. When measuring steam or other high temperature medium, it should be used The heat pipe connects the transmitter to the pipe and uses the pressure on the pipe to transfer to the transformer. When the measured medium is water vapor, an appropriate amount of water should be injected into the heat pipe to prevent the superheated steam from directly contacting the transmitter and damaging the sensor; the above is the correct wiring of the differential pressure transmitter, and new users must strictly follow the requirements.
