Turbine flowmeter is a velocity flowmeter, which first converts the flow rate of the medium to the rotational speed of the turbine, and then converts the rotational speed into an electrical signal proportional to the flow. Its principle determines the type of its measuring medium, which can only be gas, or liquid without fiber or particle impurities such as water, pure water, organic liquid, and inorganic liquid. Because fibers, particles, impurities, etc. may entangle the blades of the turbine, or cause losses to them, the measurement accuracy may be affected, and the rotation may even stop.  2, pipe diameter. Unlike other flow meters, the diameter of turbine flow meters can be very small, theoretically DN4, while other flow meters generally can only be DN15 or more. However, the upper limit of the diameter of the turbine flowmeter is also very small. In theory, it can only be DN200, and it can also meet most of the needs of the market. Turbine is mostly used in some high-precision applications, such as quantitative control, a lot of turbine flowmeters will be used.   3. Measurement accuracy. The accuracy of the turbine flowmeter also has several levels, the conventional ones are 0.5 and 1.0. These two levels can basically meet the needs of most industrial sites. However, in some occasions with higher accuracy requirements, higher grades are often required. Don't worry, other flowmeters can rarely reach it, but our turbine flowmeter can achieve 0.2 grade accuracy. Is it very powerful?   4. Medium viscosity. The principle of the turbine flowmeter was mentioned earlier. The turbine flowmeter uses the flow rate of the medium to convert the speed of the turbine, and then converts the speed into an electrical signal proportional to the flow. The principle determines that the turbine flowmeter is not suitable for measuring too viscous liquid, otherwise it will affect the rotation of the impeller (in this case, it is more suitable to use an oval gear flowmeter). Theoretically speaking, the medium viscosity of the turbine flowmeter should be less than 5×10-6m2/s (for liquids larger than 5×10-6m2/s, the flowmeter should be calibrated for the actual liquid before use). In layman's terms, the viscosity should be less than The cooking oil is small.   5. Nominal pressure. According to the current market demand, there are mainly 1.0Mpa; 1.6Mpa; 2.5Mpa; 4.0Mpa; 6.3Mpa (other pressure levels can be customized and supplied according to agreement).   6. Medium temperature. According to the current market demand, the main temperature range is -20℃~+120℃ (stainless steel measuring tube). If you need a larger range, you can consult the manufacturer to see if it can be customized.  7, power supply. According to the current market demand, there are mainly 3.6V lithium battery; 12VDC; 24VDC three power supply methods are optional. You can choose the power supply method that suits you according to the on-site working conditions.   8. Output signal. According to the current market demand, there are mainly three-wire pulse output and two-wire 4-20mA output. In addition, some occasions may require digital output, we can also provide modbus RS485 communication and RS232 communication.
