Direct measurement method of liquid level

Direct measurement is the simplest and most intuitive measurement method. It uses the principle of a connector to introduce the liquid in the container into an observation tube with a ruler, and read the liquid level through the ruler, as shown in the glass tube. level gauge. This kind of liquid level meter read by a ruler is collectively called a glass tube liquid level meter. In practical applications, the observation tube is not necessarily all glass tubes, and it can also be outsourced (exposing the ruler, scale) to a protective tube made of metal or other materials. The biggest advantage of this measurement method is that it is simple, economical, does not require external energy, and is explosion-proof and safe. Therefore, it is still widely used in the continuous production process of power plants and chemical fields. But its disadvantage is that it is not easy to realize the remote control of the signal, and due to the limitation of the strength of the glass tube, the temperature and pressure in the measured container cannot be too high.
