Most electromagnetic flowmeters know that due to the principle of electromagnetic induction, the coil must be powered by a power supply. Many electromagnetic flowmeters on the market are powered by 220V. Why is this? The operation lies in the 220V electromagnetic flowmeter. The electrical difficulty is the lowest. However, because the 24V electromagnetic flowmeter is a DC voltage, it needs to be equipped with an external switching power supply on site. Therefore, the 24V electromagnetic flowmeter is relatively rare in actual use, but it also has its own advantages: safety! The safety voltage of the human body is generally 36V , So when the human body resistance remains the same, the power supply of the 24V electromagnetic flowmeter is actually safe. Reduce some hidden safety hazards during installation and even wiring setup. The electromagnetic flowmeter has two operating states: automatic measurement state and parameter setting state. When the meter is energized, it automatically enters the measurement state. In the automatic measurement state, the electromagnetic flowmeter automatically completes each measurement function and displays the corresponding measurement data. In the parameter setting state, the user uses the four panel keys to complete the instrument parameter setting. The installation of the intelligent electromagnetic flowmeter sensor on the process pipeline 1. The intelligent electromagnetic flowmeter measuring blockage pipe must be completely filled with medium at any time, and it cannot work normally when the pipe is not full or empty. When the medium is not full of the pipe, the method of raising the height of the outlet pipe at the rear of the flowmeter can be used to make the medium full to avoid the dissatisfied pipe and the gas from adhering to the electrode. 2. A vacuum in the pipeline will damage the lining of the flowmeter, so special attention must be paid. 3. The positive direction of the flow should be consistent with the positive direction pointed by the arrow on the flowmeter. 4. The intelligent electromagnetic flowmeter can be installed on a straight pipeline, or on a horizontal or inclined pipeline, but the central connection of the two electrodes is required to be in a horizontal state. 5. For liquid and solid two-phase fluids, it is best to use vertical installation, so that the measured medium flows from top to bottom, so that the flowmeter lining wears evenly and prolongs the service life. 6. u200bu200bEnsure that there is enough space for the flowmeter near the pipe flange for installation and maintenance. 7. If there is vibration in the measuring pipe, there should be fixed supports on both sides of the flowmeter. 8. If the measuring medium is heavily polluted liquid, install the flow meter body in the bypass pipeline, and the flow can be emptied and cleared without interrupting the process operation. 9. When installing the flowmeter with PTFE lining, the bolts of the connecting flange should be tightened evenly, otherwise the PTFE lining will be easily crushed. It is best to use a torque wrench. In order to make the instrument work reliably and improve the measurement accuracy, it is not interfered by the external parasitic potential. The sensor should have a good grounding, and the grounding resistance should be less than 10. (If the metal pipe is well grounded, no special grounding device is required). The flowmeter is very important, because the electromagnetic field generated by itself is very easy to receive some problems between the magnetic fields. At present, some manufacturers on the market will produce 24V electromagnetic flowmeters with grounding rings as standard equipment, just like joint measurement They are the same, after putting on the grounding ring, see if the customer needs it, and make a choice. Generally speaking, in the current domestic market, there are more and more electromagnetic flowmeters caused by different power sources. United Test also produces 24V electromagnetic flowmeters, 220V electromagnetic flowmeters, battery-powered electromagnetic flowmeters, etc., but they are widely used by customers. My favorite is still 220V electromagnetic flowmeters, just because of the convenience of on-site power supply, but according to my bold speculation, 24V electromagnetic flowmeters may become popular in the future, considering personal safety.
