Stirring in the container: Stirring is a process that occurs in many industrial sites, but it has become a big problem for major factories to accurately measure the liquid level during the stirring process. If you choose an input type level gauge, you will worry about the lead wire being caught by the stirrer. If you use an ultrasonic level gauge, the measurement will be inaccurate due to the drastic change of the liquid level. In fact, it can be easily solved by adding a wave guide tube or using a large-range ultrasonic level gauge in the installation, and there will be no signal or severe data fluctuation.  3. There is foam on the surface of the liquid: This common problem is caused by the measuring principle of the ultrasonic level gauge. When bubbles appear on the surface of the measuring liquid, or the volatility of the liquid, it will cause the display to lose waves or keep searching. This is similar to the principle that it cannot be measured during stirring. It can also be solved by using a still-wave tube or using a large-range ultrasonic level gauge. 4. There is electromagnetic interference on site: This problem is not caused by the product itself. When electromagnetic interference exists on site, many meters will have irregular data fluctuations. When the electromagnetic interference is too strong, there will even be no signal. . Although this problem is not a product problem, it can also be solved by optimizing the product. We can overcome the influence of electromagnetic interference by grounding the product, keeping away from the interference source or shielding, etc.  5. The temperature of the tank is high: When the measured liquid level temperature is too high, and the ultrasonic level gauge probe is very close to the liquid level, a series of problems will occur. At this time, we need to replace a large range of meters, or choose probes made of PTFE or PVDF to overcome the influence of temperature on the meters.
