The influence of the container where the medium is located on the selection of radar level gauges The level gauge has no effect. All three can be used. On a closed container, the minimum guided wave radar level gauge can be installed on the DN40 nozzle, and the low frequency bell mouth radar and the high frequency bell mouth can be installed on the minimum DN50 nozzle, provided that there is no stirring, foam, steam, vacuuming , If there are these situations, the high-frequency radar should be installed with a DN100 flange at least, and the low-frequency radar should be installed with a DN150 flange. 2. At the same thickness, the thicker the foam, the less likely it is to penetrate. In this case, it is more suitable to use low-frequency bell-mouth radar than high-frequency bell-mouth radar. If it is non-adhesive foam, the guided wave radar level gauge can easily penetrate the foam and accurately measure the liquid level below the foam. 4. Model selection with steam environment In the steam environment, it has little effect on the guide radar. It has the least impact on the low-frequency bell-mouth radar, and also has a large impact on the high-frequency bell-mouth radar level gauge.
