Flange welding Adjust the position of the upstream and downstream flanges, grounding rings and gaskets of the pipeline, tighten the bolts, and fix them by spot welding. Remove the pre-tightening bolts of the upstream and downstream flanges, and adjust the expansion joints so that the upstream and downstream flanges are separated from the flowmeter and expansion joints, leaving a welding space inside the flanges. The inner and outer flanges are welded with two flanges upstream and downstream by fillet welding. 5. Non-destructive testing and anti-corrosion treatment of welded joints (1) Testing standards and qualified grades All flange interface fillet welds need to undergo non-destructive testing, using electromagnetic flaw detection, and the inspection ratio is 100%. The quality should meet the secondary requirements of the standard JB4730-2005. If it is found that the welding seam of the pipeline flange has excessive defects, it should be dealt with in time, and finally the re-inspection will be qualified. Any weld can only be repaired once. (2) The internal and external anti-corrosion of the steel pipe fittings of the inner anti-corrosion flange weld and the outer flange is treated in the same way as the steel pipe body. The external anti-corrosion of the flange weld is painted with modified chlorosulfonated polyethylene anti-corrosion coating; Water grade non-toxic epoxy coating. The inner sides are all coated with two bottoms and two sides. 6. The overall fastening and positioning of the sensor expansion joint After the upstream and downstream flange welds pass the flaw detection, they enter the overall fastening and positioning process of the sensor expansion joint. (1) Adjust the release expansion joint, install the grounding ring and the gasket between the upstream flange and the sensor, insert the bolt and fasten it. (2) Install a gasket between the downstream flange and the expansion joint, penetrate the bolts and tighten. (3) In a symmetrical manner, tighten all flange bolts and install the positioning sensor and expansion joint. 7. System water pressure test After the sensor and the expansion joint are installed as a whole, the water pressure test should be carried out together with the water pipeline.
