Therefore, the working conditions of the hydrogenation unit have a great influence on the pressure-inducing pipeline and installation of the instrument. If the pressure-inducing pipeline and installation connection of the instrument cannot automatically eliminate these adverse effects, the lead of the pressure-inducing pipeline will be broken, and the process interface of the instrument will be pulled. If it is opened, it will cause leakage, which will not only affect normal production, but also cause the leaked high-pressure and high-temperature medium to hurt people and cause explosions in case of fire. This is also proved by the actual working conditions on site. Some hydrogenation unit pressure pipes are broken, and the pipe valve interface is torn; more commonly, flow measurement orifice plates are installed on high temperature and high pressure pipelines, and the root of the pressure induction pipe is poor. Leaks are prone to occur at the process interface of the pressure transmitter. The high temperature process pipeline and equipment of the hydrogenation unit, from the cold state before the start to the hot state after the start, due to thermal expansion and contraction, the process pipeline has a large displacement, and the height of the process equipment has changed greatly. However, the transmitter is fixed on a platform or ground where the position remains unchanged, which will lead to pulling between the transmitter and equipment and process pipelines. The measurement lead is a pipe with a large diameter, a large wall thickness, strong rigidity and weak absorption of stress changes. Therefore, the terminal joint of the transmitter is easy to be pulled apart, which is the weak point of the measurement pipeline; followed by the orifice plate. The source point is easily pulled apart, resulting in leakage of the measuring medium. To solve this problem, it can only be solved by the reasonable installation of the transmitter. How to eliminate stress becomes the key to solving this problem. The current solutions are as follows: (1) The base of the transmitter mounting bracket is not fixed. Using this solution will result in too much freedom of movement of the transmitter, which will cause stress to the terminal union of the transmitter, which may pull apart and leak. (2) Limited constraints on the base of the transmitter bracket. Let the transmitter have a certain degree of freedom of movement in the upper, lower, left and right dimensions, digest the pulling force of the process pipeline and process equipment, and reduce the impact of vibration.
