First, determine whether the installation of the radar level meter is reasonable. For example, it is better to install it at 1/4 of the tank diameter. It should not be installed too close to the tank wall, in the middle of the arch or circular filling roof, above the feed inlet, and within the beam range of the meter, there should be no other obstacles.

Secondly, remember that in the field with universal measurement of solid powder, it is generally necessary to adjust the angle. Of course, it is better to find a suitable angle to fix when there is less material, so as to ensure the maximum signal. The signal of powder measurement should be more than 45dB. If the signal is still small or the waveform is bad, it may be that the horn mouth is dusty.

If the liquid content measured is relatively small, the value may jump when the tank is empty. At this time, the radar level gauge may measure the tank bottom, and the signal at the tank bottom is greater than the signal at the material level. At this time, the range can be appropriately reduced to avoid the signal at the tank bottom, but remember to change the low level back.

If the radar level gauge has no signal due to water ingress, remove the board to see if there are any water drops. If necessary, clean the water. If not, remove the horn and wipe the water in the tetrafluoro tip and sensor.

Generally speaking, if communication is possible, it is necessary to communicate to determine whether there is a problem with the parameters, and then judge the problem through the waveform. If the current is too small to communicate, you can increase the current by pressing the key to increase the low point, and then change the parameter back.

Some sites can communicate in the central control cabinet. If communication is not available, you can use your own power supply. If communication is not possible, you can press the key to debug. First, determine whether there is a problem with the parameters. Then judge by the signal. If the measurement is accurate and the signal in the upper row is greater than 30, there is basically no problem. If it shows that the E040 general board is broken, the board needs to be replaced.

If there is no signal or the signal is very small, there are two situations. One is that the pole antenna has no material, so there will be no signal. You can increase the range by 30cm. Second, it is not well connected with the sensor. At this time, the waveform baseline will be very high. It is always in front of the measurement. It needs to be well connected and adjusted
