First, disconnect the power supply, restart the device. Radar level meter installation environment is complex and variable, there are spherical tanks, vertical tanks; small tanks, large tanks; indoor installation, outdoor installation. If we all adopt the method of unloading to find the cause, it undoubtedly increases the difficulty. Therefore, when there is a problem with the radar level meter, you may want to disconnect the power, restart the equipment, and see if the level meter runs normally after restarting.

Next, debugging by debugging software. Radar level meter often appear problems, such as data jumping, data unchanged, data deviation from the actual value is too large or too small, and so on. These problems are sometimes caused by errors in the determination of the range, and sometimes caused by false echoes. By re-commissioning, such problems can be completely solved.

Again, replace the installation position. If the debugging, the fault still can not be eliminated, we have to observe the installation position of the vega radar level transmitter, to see if it is too close to the feeding port, to see if the radar level meter is installed in the conical tank above the feeding port, and so on. If the installation position is found to be unreasonable, the problem can be solved by replacing the installation position.

Finally, if the above methods are unable to solve the problem, you need to carry out the last step, disassemble the radar level meter, wipe the antenna. Sometimes the inaccuracy of the radar level meter is due to excessive adhesion on the antenna, which affects the transmitting and receiving signals.
