Introduction
KMTL3000 Magnetostrictive Liquid Level Gauge adopts magnetostrictive principle. The output is an absolute value, does not require periodic re-calibration and maintenance. Series KMTL3000 provide customers with current, voltage, ModBus, Profibus and other signal output and provide effective solutions in different applications. It can be widely used to measure and control liquid level of various tanks in petroleum, chemical, water, pharmaceutical, beverage, food and other industries. It also can be applied in measurement and monitoring of hydrological measurements, water treatment and other environmental and industrial measurement process.

Installation
l Be away from the material inlet and outlet as much as possible.
l To prevent the direct impact, a jacket pipe or baffle may be installed in the bottom of the tank.
l Minimum distance from the tank wall 300 mm
l Ensure that the protection pipe is vertical and the inner wall is smooth.
l Make sure that the liquid levels are identical inside and outside of the protection pipe of the tank.
l Ensure that the spacing between the pipe wall of the protection pipe and the float
l The installation of bypass pipe outside the tank
l Ensure that the spacing between the float and the wall is 15mm (hard pipe) or 30mm (flexible pipe).
l Ensure that the undulation, swing and rotation of the floating roof will not contact the liquid level gauge and float rigidly.
