Brine tank level monitoring is an important means to evaluate whether the brine system of freezing project is operating normally. Separate the power supply of the level meter from other equipment susceptible to electromagnetic interference and ground it reliably, and use shielded signal line between the level meter and the digital display, which is effective in eliminating electromagnetic interference. Secondly, affected by the absorption of brine pump water and pipeline backwater, the level of brine tank fluctuates greatly, and this problem can be solved by adding a wave guide tube. Waveguide inner diameter should be greater than 120mm, smooth inner wall, no seams, when installing the waveguide tube, the inner wall must be cleaned of residual water beads and other small objects. The waveguide should be placed perpendicular to the liquid surface of the brine, and the sensor is placed at the top center of the waveguide. When the brine is easy to bubble, the liquid surface of the waveguide tube will accumulate a lot of foam, and foam will absorb sound waves, resulting in measurement errors, can be installed in the waveguide tube diameter is slightly smaller than the waveguide diameter of the circular PP floating plate, floating plate thickness of not more than 10mm, it can float on the surface of the brine, effective reflection of sound waves, to solve the problem of measurement errors caused by foam absorption of sound waves. In addition, the sensor vibration is too large, which will produce measurement errors, the level meter can be far away from the brine pump and other equipment that produces large vibration, the connection pipeline between the brine pump and the tank can be increased by soft joints, and the peripheral equipment can be checked regularly to eliminate defects in time. And reduce the vibration.

Finally, you should know that the brine temperature is low, usually add insulation layer at the top of the brine tank, if the ultrasonic level meter is placed at the top of the brine tank, you need to open slits in the insulation layer, so that the steam will evaporate and affect the propagation speed of the sound waves; and will condense on the sensor surface, resulting in measurement errors. The wave guide tube can be placed outside the brine tank, and the bottom is connected to the brine tank. The temperature of the brine inside the wave guide outside the tank will gradually equal to the ambient temperature to solve the problem of condensation on the surface of the brine. Ultrasonic level meter and radar level meter are very precise measuring instruments, so to abate their measurement errors, you also need to observe carefully, fully grasp professional knowledge, and analyze and take measures in combination with specific working conditions
